KOVA cookware is full-clad tri-ply — a layer of aluminium sandwiched between two layers of stainless steel — so heat spreads evenly across the entire base, not just the centre. Yes. Our ceramic range uses a mineral-based coating that is completely free from PFAS, PFOA, lead and cadmium. Nothing leaches into your food, even at high heat. We'd rather lose a sale than make a health claim we can't stand behind.

Less than you'd think, once you know the technique. Preheat the pan before adding oil, make sure it's properly hot before the food goes in, and let proteins release naturally rather than moving them too soon. Stainless rewards good habits — and once you've made the switch, most customers tell us they'll never go back to non-stick.

Yes, completely. It's heat tint, caused by overheating an empty pan or cooking at very high temperatures — it doesn't affect performance, safety or cooking ability in any way. It's purely cosmetic and can usually be removed with a vinegar and water soak if it bothers you.

Yes. Every KOVA pan has a magnetic stainless steel base designed to work on induction, gas, ceramic, electric and halogen hobs.

Yes, up to 260°C for our stainless and cast iron ranges. Always check the handle material on the specific product page, as wooden or composite handles have a lower limit.

As a general guide: 20–22cm suits one or two people and everyday eggs or sauces; 24–26cm is the most popular all-rounder for searing meat or cooking for a family; 28cm+ is best if you batch-cook or entertain. If you're unsure, our Complete Set (22 + 24 + 26cm) covers every scenario.

We deliver across mainland UK, with most orders arriving within 5–8 working days. Delivery is free on all orders over £49.

At the moment we deliver within the UK only. If you're ordering from outside the UK, get in touch and we'll let you know if it's possible.

You have 14 days from delivery to return your order for a full refund, no questions asked. The item just needs to be unused and in its original packaging.

If your KOVA pan ever warps, delaminates or fails under normal home use, we'll replace it — free of charge, no fine print. Contact us with your order number and a photo, and we'll sort out a replacement, typically within 5–10 days.
